Delivery Info

Doors and worktops take around 2 weeks to be made and shipped, smaller items take 3 - 7 working days.   We may arrange for our suppliers to deliver directly to you, or we may take delivery and forward the items on to you.  If we decide to take delivery and forward the goods to you, we will use a 48hour courier.  This will exclude weekends and bank holidays.

We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order, let you know when it arrives with us, and when it has been shipped.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery, and on more than one day.

We deliver to anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, however we may be able to deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping.

We will only deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order. Just Kitchen Makeovers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

Most of our products are heavy items and you may be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.

Just Kitchen Makeovers accept no responsibility for the disposal of packaging materials.

The goods must be checked on receipt by you - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to Just Kitchen Makeovers within a reasonable time. All worktops must be inspected thoroughly on acceptance by you (or your representative) on delivery. Just Kitchen Makeovers are unable to offer a refund for any worktops said to be damaged if not reported at delivery.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched, we will pass on any extra charges made by our couriers for redirecting your delivery.

If you are not at home when we deliver the goods on the agreed date, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Our couriers will deliver to the ground floor only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

Just Kitchen Makeovers cannot be responsible where delivery is delayed, or we are unable to deliver at all, due to reasons beyond our control. These situations include such things as severe weather, accidents, breakdowns, the default of our suppliers, fire, flood, storm, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage. However, we will try to put things right as soon as we can.

Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise
